We personally walk you through your cut order and explain all your options to take the confusion out of it.
When your meat is ready we will let you know your final amount due and we'll schedule pick-up to one of our drop site locations, whichever one is most convenient for you.

The average hanging weight of our half beef is 300-400 lbs.
Your estimate total is $5.75 x 300-400# = $1725.00 - $2300.00
Our price includes base processing, but depending on how you get it cut there may be small upcharges from the processor for extra services. (For example; stew meat is an extra $1.00/lb. to process)
You can save money by buying in bulk, plus get it cut to your family's preference! Please see our page detailing the difference between hanging weight and take home weight for a breakdown of the savings.

We accept cash, check, ACH, or card.
However if buying in bulk, only the deposits do not have a fee for using a credit/debit card. Anything after that will have a 3.5% fee added if paying with a card.
We highly encourage cash, check, or ACH transaction as there is no fee for those. :)
